Market
Creation of the community center by combining the planned Market building with the building of the existing church
The complex is a structure consisting of three parts - blocks: the Market itself, the Passage and the covered Square
The market has three floors and an exploited terrace with a canopy at the top. The first level is trade, cafes, toilets. The second level is public premises, the third level is educational premises, the fourth level is an operated roof with a canopy for various events.
Art space for cultural and educational events in three levels.
The covered square is a new type of urban public space. This is a area that allows people to gather in different weather. In addition, the concrete ceiling allows you to organize places for storing grain and, in case of natural disasters, to organize a shelter for people.
Structural solutions are structures that are made of reinforced concrete, wood, which are made for the main bearing capacity, temporary filling of walls.
Stairs, in addition to ensuring the performance of the building, will play the role of signal towers.
In the center of the covered area there is a symbolic circle, which symbolizes the pre-Christian period of the development of the Philippines.
Coconut palms, which will allow them to withstand strong winds during the elements.
Flat roofs provide for the collection of rainwater for reuse as irrigation.
